Educate 2B: Tools for Engaged Learning and Living
In this one-day training, participants will learn how to utilize and teach 30 short, evidence-based breathing, movement and mindfulness exercises. The exercises provide students with the tools 2B:
Calm, Energized, Focused, Connected and Ready to Learn
and can easily be integrated into any classroom, therapy or counseling setting. Completed as short, “2 minute breaks” throughout the day, or sequenced together as part of a longer session, the Educate 2B tools empower students to take an active role in understanding, achieving and maintaining an optimal learning state.
Therapeutic goals and RTI initiatives are also facilitated through the Educate 2B Tools. Proven to help students build the cognitive muscles of self-regulation, focus and resilience, this program further helps students reduce stress, balance energy levels and build self-esteem.
