This workshop offers parents and caregivers mindfulness techniques to reduce their own stress and help them authentically connect to their child. Imagine being able to leave the yelling, blaming, and shaming behind. Families discover the positive impact these practices can have on the parent/child relationship as well as their child’s learning, behavior, attention, and happiness. They become equipped with the confidence to utilize the tools at home to promote inner states of safety and well-being for the entire family.
