Description
During the first year of life, our innate primitive reflexes generate a majority of our movement. Through the progression of “normal” or typical development, these reflexes become integrated within the nervous system, allowing us to enjoy volitional movement. Many children with special needs retain these reflexes, getting stuck in these patterns. This inhibits their ability to freely explore, play, interact, communicate and learn. In this webinar, you will discover the most common reflexes that are retained and how to apply specific yoga movement and breath sequences to help the brain integrate, develop and organize.
